Who doesn’t love fresh cracked pepper. When the server comes by your table with giant pepper grinder, do you get excited? I do! Most of my recipes finish with “add kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste”, and for my taste, I need a generous amount of pepper. So we took that spice for every recipe and perfected it into a dipping oil.

We add richly flavored fajita spice mixes to our estate grown extra virgin olive oil with a hint of our Persian lime. This oil is excellent, as a marinade for fish, to make a spicy pasta or a flat bread with Mexican cotija cheese, and of course, for crusty bread dipping!
