About Us

VINO’OLI is a unique choice for those seeking high-quality, healthy, and delicious products made from the best REAL ingredients. Our mission is to provide our customers with exceptional-tasting products that are good for their health and made with the utmost care.

Our trademark name, VINO’OLI is a symbol of our commitment to producing handcrafted products that are personally cared for from the moment of conception to the time you open the bottle. VINO’OLI is a female-owned business, led by Isabel Sivadjian, a food alchemist and indigenous holistic health practitioner. She began her journey in 2006 as a certified nutrition coach, where she noticed that her clients had better results when they had the right healthy ingredients provided for them.

Coming from a mixed ethnic background that spans across the Atlantic to the Mediterranean and the Middle East, Isabel grew up with a strong connection and deep appreciation for the healing properties of indigenous plants especially olive oil.

As a young girl, she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of extra virgin olive oil in her own life. For generations, olive oil has been a staple in her family's culinary traditions and skincare routines.

Decades later Inspired by the transformative power of oils and herbs, her passion in food alchemy, and the demand for products that are made from real food that grows in nature not in laboratories she decided to start her line of high-quality, handcrafted, artisanal California olive oil and Italian balsamic vinegar products, produced alongside her mentors, which now features over 20 flavors.

She personally works closely with a family-owned facility enterprise in Southern California, where she is personally involved in the aspect of the creation.

Her dedication to the craft means that we will never compromise on the quality of our ingredients or products, no matter the challenge or the profit temptation.
